Initial Consultation

An informal initial consultation is offered for you to discuss your symptoms. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy and the use of Hypnosis. This is also an important session for you to see if you feel comfortable with your therapist and the therapy on offer. This is a totally free, no obligation session lasting around 30 minutes.

Clinical Hypnotherapy (otherwise known as suggestion therapy)

This is a powerful technique ideally suited to the more simple problems such as nail biting, pre test or examination nerves, fear of flying, dental phobias, stress, relaxation, confidence boosting etc. Generally requires only one or two sessions with possibly a booster at a later date.
£70 per session

Pure Hypnoanalysis (Analytical Therapy)

Used to discover the root cause of your problems and release the bottled up emotions that cause your symptoms. Usually only 8 – 10 sessions are required to bring you to your liberating enlightenment.
£60 per session (£65 from 6pm onwards and weekends).

Hypnosis for Childbirth

£250 for full course of 3 sessions, to include CD’s as required.

Weight Loss

A three session programme so we can re-educate your mind into making healthier choices for a healthier lifestyle. Please note that Pure Hypnoanalysis may be recommended if it is felt that your overeating is emotional and actually a symptom of anxiety. £70 per session

Stop Smoking Easily

A one off session of around 60 – 90 minutes to finally help you to become a NON-SMOKER.
£160 (payable by cash only)

Children’s Blowaway Therapy

Usually just one session is required to alleviate symptoms such as, nail biting, confidence issues, behavioural issues, bed wetting etc
£70 per session

Session Information

All sessions are 50 – 55 minutes duration unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted by cash or cheque and respectfully ask that 24 hours notice of cancellation is made to avoid being charged the full session fee.
