Successful Suggestion Hypnotherapy in Bournemouth

Using Suggestion Therapy to effectively help weight loss, exam or test nerves, pain management, stress, relaxation, public speaking etc.

Suggestion Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy, most commonly known as suggestion therapy is a powerful technique, using the power of your imagination to bring about a positive change within yourself.

In the session you will be induced into a lovely relaxed state of hypnosis, during which your subconscious mind is more open to taking on board strong, bespoke, positive suggestions and visualisations for your well-being and your chosen outcomes.

At no point will you feel out of control or made to to do anything other than sit comfortably. You are awake, fully alert and will remember everything that happens in the session. Hypnosis used for therapeutic reasons is worlds apart from that used by stage hypnotists, so there will be no clucking like chickens!

For the best possible outcome I like to combine some Thrive principles with Suggestion Therapy to give you additional insight and control over your symptoms.

Generally only two or three sessions are all that is required to achieve your goals.

After your session you will feel calm, relaxed and with a renewed sense of internal confidence to change those unwanted habits and behaviours that you consulted with.

Suggestion therapy is used for the more simpler issues as listed below. If I believe your symptoms to be more deep rooted and fuelled by anxiety and stress, I would recommend CPI and or The Thrive Programme for a permanent resolution to your problems.
